Your Complete eSIM Guide

Everything in one place — how to install your eSIM and how to use it every time you travel.

Part 1 — Install Your eSIM

You can install the eSIM at any time — the countdown only starts once you connect abroad. Choose how you’d like to activate it:

Open your personal area → My eSIMs on a computer or second device. The QR code is on the eSIM card.

On your iPhone, go to:
⚙️ Settings› Cellular› Add eSIM› Use QR Code

Scan the QR code, then tap “Add Cellular Plan”. Done.

📌 Don’t use the regular camera app — go through Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM specifically.

Part 2 — One-Time Setup

Right after installing, do this once to make sure everything works when you land.

Go to Settings → Cellular. Under SIM Cards, you’ll see a new line — no phone number, not your primary SIM. That’s your eSIM. Make sure it’s enabled.

Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line:
⚙️ Settings› Cellular› Your eSIM› Data Roaming → ON

💡 That’s it for setup. You only do this once — from now on, all you need to do is switch your Cellular Data line every time you travel.

Part 3 — Every Time You Travel

The whole idea is simple: always make sure you’re browsing on the right plan.

Switch to your Libra eSIM

Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data and select your eSIM line.

You’re now browsing on Libra — your local SIM stays active for calls and texts.

Switch back to your primary SIM

Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data and switch back to your primary SIM.

Don’t delete the eSIM — it stays installed on your phone. Next trip, just switch back to it.
