Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), customers may cancel a remote transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of transaction details, whichever is later.

Cancellation is possible only if the eSIM has not been activated, installed, downloaded, or used. Once the eSIM has been activated or used, the transaction cannot be cancelled, as it is a digital product delivered electronically.

If cancellation is approved prior to activation, LIBRA MOBILE may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount, as permitted by law.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: support@libramobile.com.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
