These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) made between you and Libra Mobile, concerning your access to and use of our website (the “website”). By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms, conditions, or documents may be added to the Application from time to time and form part of this Agreement. Libra Mobile reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The services provided via the Website are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such services would be contrary to law or regulation. Users accessing the Application from outside permitted areas are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Libra Mobile provides prepaid eSIM data plans using eSIM technology (the “Service”). Libra Mobile may offer these services through partnerships or agents.
2.1.1. Customers can register for the Service through the Libra Mobile website or authorized partners.
2.1.2. Registration requires providing a first and last name, and a valid email address. Optional details like profile photos and travel preferences can be provided voluntarily.
2.1.3. Customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to register.
2.2.1. Availability of certain plans may be restricted by country. Plans can be browsed, purchased, and activated via the Libra Mobile website or app or its authorized partners.
2.2.2. Customers must ensure their devices are unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
2.2.3. Purchased eSIMs must be downloaded and activated on the customer’s device. Even after plan expiry or depletion, the eSIM remains on the device unless manually removed.
2.2.4. A stable internet connection is required for downloading and activating the eSIM and data plans.
2.3.1. The Service begins once the eSIM is successfully downloaded and activated.
2.3.2. The duration of the Service depends on the purchased plan.
2.3.3. The Service terminates upon full data usage or plan expiry, whichever occurs first.
2.3.4. Libra Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of obligations outlined in these Terms.
3.1. Payments for eSIM purchases can be made via the Libra Mobile Website or App or authorized agents.
3.2. All plans are prepaid, and prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Taxes are calculated based on the billing address provided during purchase.
4.1. Payments are processed upon eSIM purchase.
4.2. Refunds may be requested before eSIM activation or if technical issues originate from Libra Mobile.
4.3. Feedback or complaints can be submitted via the Help Center in the Website or app or by emailing support at support@libra-mobile.com
